“Definition Please” also features some impressive supporting work from a group of recognizable character actors like Sonal Shah (“Scrubs”) as her mother’s scene-stealing doctor friend.”
— Post-Gazette
“As Aditi, Shah perfectly personifies the embattled weariness of one who had to step outside of her “good wife” role…”
— Stage Raw
Sonal Shah
“Sonal delivers a dazzlingly multi-faceted star turn… A true tour-de-force.”
— Stage Scene LA
“Sonal is a hyper-talented comedic actress. If I could buy stock in her future, I would do it today.”
— Bill Lawrence
“Sonal Shah’s comedic turn as her best friend Dr. Ali stands out despite her appearance in only a few scenes.”
— The Hollywood Reporter
“Shah exhibits an impressive versatility, shifting from Katie, to the opinionated stranger at the gas station, to an intensely passionate park ranger of Utah’s Fishlake National Forest (a memorable speech), to a neurologist, and, finally, to a deeply disheartened ranger at Glacier National Park. Shah is immensely skilled at altering her body language and intonations, depending on the persona she is inhabiting, so much so that one is apt to forget they’re all being portrayed by the same individual.”
